I am trying to count calories to lose weight, but my total calories for the day are not alway accurate. It seems that I can never find exactly what it is I'm looking for on the calorie counting sites. For example, I would like to find the amount of calories in 1 cup of fresh fruit salad (apples, pears, oranges, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapes, & pineapple), but I can't not find info on the exact type of fruit salad.
Please help!!!!
