Hi Everyone! My names Heather, ive been part of the forum(Actively) for a few weeks now, but in the 20 Somethings group. Thought i would join in here too because im counting calories and exercising. I thought maybe you guys could give me some tips. Most of my weight gain is from pregnancy, although i had packed on a few lbs before i got pregnant. I got down to 199 when my son was about 4 months old (i got up to 260 pregnant) and then my husband got back from iraq and i started cooking for him again and gained 20 lbs back since then.. Its been almost a year since then so im really wanting to loose the weight again. A few years ago i was 140 and i looked good and i would not necissarily want to be back there, but for now i would really like to get to about 160ish!
I know where your coming from when my hubby came back we both gain about 20lbs!!! I had lost that much when he left, working out! I looked good when he got here, but know I am so mad at myself for putting it back on!!
We started eating at all those fav resturants, sweets that he had been missing!!
