Okay! I used a bad example. I knew when I started Fitdaypc it had said something about being at 238Lbs eat about 1,854 calories for almost a 2 lb loss. Well now I am weighing around 224LB so I figure there has got to be some change to what I should be taken in by now and I needed to check into that.
Then I de sha vue!! I thought I seen that information some where but I couldn't find it. PANIC!!!! I couldn't figure out if I actually seen it in fitdaypc or seen the numbers some where else.
The table looked familiar once again though. Thanks to Lena.
The dummy account sounds like a great idea though! I may try that out.
