HI everyone I have not been to this site before to post. I have been counting calories for awhile. Lately I have not been able to keep on track. I hope that no one will mind if I start to post daily my meals. I would like to think that this well keep me in check.

Breakfast
flax cereal 150 cal
1% milk 100 cal

Lunch
vegies 150
dressin 120
pineapple 100

That is it for now. I will post the rest later.

well my mom and dad were here yesterday and brought up chocolate chip cookies. I has some today. I will have to add that in today. All I have to say is I need to just keep trying.

Snack
3 cookies 500
hot chocolate 300

Supper
salmon 300
salad 200
brocoli 100
total 1720 cals

Well not as bad as it could be. well I will have to keep trying.

The plan that I have been trying is to exersice and try to keep my cals around 1500 to 1800 cals. I use pen and paper.

On to another day.

Tanya, have you checked out www.fitday.com ? It is a free tool that lets you log everything throughout the day. It lets you either customize meals or food items, or pick them from a list that Fitday has in its database. It is a bit confusing at first I think, but you may like it. I was hesitant to switch at first from paper/pencil to online but I found it kept me much more accountable. With paper/pencil I was "cheating" a lot and underestimating calories/portions. Looks like your count today is less than the top part of your range, so congratulations! Just logging everything is an excellent start.
