I got mine from WalMart, but I've also seen it with the other coffee syrups at the grocery store. I think they had sugar free vanilla and hazelnut flavoring as well. |
Strawberries (50 calories a cup)
Laughing Cow cheese (35 calories a wedge) Tortilla factory (50 calories a tortilla) No pudge fudgy bar (60 calories) |

It's sugar-free Coffee-Mate Vanilla Caramel flavoring. One tablespoon is 30 calories. I don't use much of it, though, because I'm not a regular coffee drinker. In fact I can't stand the stuff unless it's the flavored coffees. I love the General Foods International Coffee, the french vanilla. I also buy that in the sugar-free as well. Instead of the 4 teaspoons the serving size calls for, I use 3 teaspoons of the french vanilla and one tablespoon of the vanilla-caramel Coffee-Mate. Yummy :) I also love cappucino (sp?) but as for regular coffee, I can't drink it, the stuff is nasty :barf: |
A couple of you have mentioned the Tortilla Factory. I had never heard of them before, but just lasat weekend tried their "wraps" they are 90 calories with 13 grams of fiber!!! The first ingredient is oat fiber. And they were tasty too!!! Great alternative to bread for sandwiches!
Some other favorites: - reduced fat or 2% cheese (on sandwiches, but I still have "real" cheese to munch for a snack -- just in small quantities) - 2% cottage cheese - Kashi Granola bars (okay, these may not be low fat, but they are VERY healthy for granola bars) |

I hope I don't think they're spongey the next time I eat one. That would kinda suck!
|
I've never found them spongey. Should wraps be crispy? I use them for wraps and quesedillas mostly. I also haven't seen any bigger ones here--only the 50-calorie small ones (8 inches, I think?).

Yeah kim, I also like Wal-Mart's flavored water. I love the peach. 100 Cal paks makes popcorn?
|
Actually, it is Pop Secret who makes the 100 calorie snack packs. I bought the butter and the kettle corn versions. I don't think they are a "light" variety, but I could be wrong. I just made it the first time last night.. it is JUST the right amount of popcorn! WalMart has them for $2.50 for a ten pack box.

I get flavored syrups for coffee at Marshalls...they are sweetened with Splenda...no freaking calories!!! My list of low cal favorites are vanilla mint velamints, Quakes, Dreyers Slow Churn low fat ice cream (cookie dough :T), hazelnut syrup made with splenda, fat free 1/2 & 1/2, triple washed mixed greens, newman's own raspberry walnut dressing, low fat feta...golly - that's just for starters! |
