Grains/Starches: Potatoes, Bagels, Tortillas, Wheat Bread, Multigrain Pasta, Multigrain Crackers, Oatmeal, Brown Rice.

Common Recipes: Spaghetti, Tacos, Taco Rice Bowl, Chili, Chicken Pan Fried (spray), Porkchops Pan Fried (spray), Ribeye Steak, Roast and Veggies, Veg Soup, Fajitas, Tuna Patties, Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Guacamole, Smoothies, (some I left out because it isn't diet friendly like potato salad).

LOL. Reread. I said Potato Salad ISN"T diet friendly (that's why I left it out).

I'm actually looking for meal ideas. Keep adding foods though guys because sometimes I see something that I forgot..like popcorn and STRAWBERRIES.

Meal ideas, hmm...
The one thing I noticed you list is missing that I canNOT live without is parmesan cheese. 20 cals a tablespoon, very very nummy. Broiled chicken breasts with parmesan cheese and spinach is an old standby for me. :)

I don't see squash on your list. Spaghetti squash is a great substitute for the real stuff.

POST Shredded Wheat biscuits are awesome in Rice Milk.
