I told you I did not eat as well as you! At least I've got off my typical habits of snack packs...and I'll be replacing my pudding with instone high protein pudding...just don't ask me to give up my coffee or my daily frappucino...yet...
What advice would you have for me? I'm sure it can apply to many others. And believe it or not, these calories are much healthier than the ones I was eating not so long ago...it's just a bit of a slow process for me. Anyways, I know I'm not the only one with much admiration for you, so help me! Where can I start! And don't ask me to give up caffeine 
And I don't know who you mean would be blasting you, not me for sure. Nice to follow in the footsteps of a fellow calorie counter that has it figured out a little better than me. I could come up with some excuses for still being in process, but I'll not bother and just say I *am* working on it. Actually, I just started buying and chopping veggies over the weekend and sealing them up in ziplocks for work so hopefully that will help a little. Thanks for the advice always Susan, it is nice to have something to aim for and reasons to better myself
