Wednesday last day of novemeber
 

Good morning everyone on this day of the last of Nov. I went off a little at thanksgiving and then i even ate some sweets when I knew better so finally I throwed all the sweets out and now I am on track. My husband is trying to give me alot of encouragement and he suggested for Christmas I make SF desserts for everyone and then leftovers home with the family. Good idea because sweets and salties are my down fall. I know some of you are the same way.
I am working on the menu now and seeing where I can cut fat out without losing the taste. I really need help with a brausweiger ball if anyone knows how to cut fat out of it please let me know. I happen to be a junk food addict so I will have to be good.
