is anybody on this program? or tried it before??? i'm not sure which group i would be in and would like some tips to getting around on this site.

I did try that a very long time ago and it reminded me of weight watchers actually. I liked it it was really easy and I also did his tapes with it. I have no idea how to get around this site really..lol I just joined myself and read read read! everyone has been VERY supportive tho so Im sure they can point you in the right direction!
