website to show amt daily?
 

I had found it before, a website where it shows you the best amount of calories to lose weight when your X lbs and exercise x amount.

Can anyone help?? TIA (AND sorry if this is a repost)

I would put BMI in a search engine and get that done first, once you know that, the websites usually have links where you can put in your amount of daily activity and see again what you will burn being your X lbs/BMI and so forth. Don't know if that will help. Sorry.
