Tracy -- If you are losing weight at this amount of calories, it's good for YOU. I don't put much confidence in those calculators...

I haven't really lost any weight (that I documented anyway) yet. But I am hoping tomorrows weigh in goes better. If not, I think I am going to try to cut more calories or something. I did a lot of working out until I had a problem in my house last week. I didn't get lazy, I just got busy fixing my house and stuff since then. But I am still hoping for some good results tomorrow. |
