Cutting out diet soda
I know you hear how diet soda affects weight loss. But, I've tried fighting that for years. Really, does drinking a lot of diet soda prevent weight loss? And what I mean is, does it make a big enough difference that someone who really, really, really loves it should do away with it? If it's only going to help me lose an extra few pounds a year, shoot...I'll keep enjoying it. What are other peoples experiences after quitting diet soda?
