A week today!

I have been off cokes exactly a week today! Dropped them cold turkey & I am also counting calories trying to keep everything healthy and have been eating around 1,600 a day. I started at 263.7 and weigh 254.9 today. So I’ve lost 8.8 lbs in a week! ☺️
