Loss ~ 0.4 130.4 1965 calories 15 min. walk Didn't make my 129 again on WI day, due to stress eating, but did lose another 0.4, so very happy with that. :) It might happen next Tuesday, or at least, that is my goal. Not easy, as I will have guests for a few days. Meanwhile, I am sure I will hit 129 a few more times this week. Thanks, Sage! |
