Ate salty yesterday (on top of the excess calories!)
Stress at work.
Today is another day.
Eating at Chinese restaurant tonight.
Will eat lightly for lunch and have low calories dish later.
Doesn't have to be a big production.
Maybe a special (large) soup.

Calories high again, even if I didn't eat that much Chinese food, so at least, I didn't feel stuffed (which I hate).
I did walk.
Now eat less today and drink more water to get rid of the salt.
WI tomorrow.
A bit tired, due to the extra work I did this weekend.
