Ok, Enough with the High Cals
And I'm back sharing my log, no more fancy colors, though, weight today is 132 and I'm getting tired of having a mini binge every evening. Since classes start next week, I may miss days of posting but, of course, I DO log my weight, calories and exercise in several private places and the most important thing is THE BODY IS ALWAYS LOGGING IT ANYWAY :carrot: !!!
So this is sort of Day 1 of the new initiative and the first goal is to STOP THE GAINING :dizzy: and the second goal is to get back into the 120s :D and the third goal is to FEEL BETTER and not overeat or under eat. :hug: Calories 8/12/15: 2016 Exercise: 5,000+ steps; 15 min calisthenics |

And the tale o' the scale was pretty much as expected this week: Up 1.6 from last Sunday to 132.
But this is my big week when I return to classes (overage student here) and will continue on with life and STAY ON TRACK. No more recreational binging lol, full speed ahead and here I go. |
