Hey everyone, I had yogurt & a banana for dinner, which is super weird for me, but I got distracted and by the time I was ready for a REAL dinner it was so late that there was no point. That said, my calories for the day (5/7) were 1594 which is 124 over which is low for me lol.

Hey everyone, calories were 1490 of 1470 on 5/8, so 20 calories over, came in at 230.6 also on 5/8. Hoping to hit the 220's by Mother's Day or at least by my WLJ anniversary on the 13th (3 days later ).

Hi everyone, my calories for 5/9 were 1550 of 1470, so 80 over. Weigh in was 230.4 lbs. So officially 71.2 lbs. yay lol.

Make that 230 lbs. Yay! Lol Today I didn't go out to dinner with my mom, we're postponing it until the 13th which marks 15 months on my weight loss and healthier lifestyle journey. So my eating was pretty OK, except my appetite has increased, so I guess PMS is here. *sighs*
My calories for the day were 1566 which is 96 over my daily allowance of 1470, I'm so close to a new decade, it's kind of scary, I feel like I have to be strict until I lose the next 2 or more pounds.

Hey everyone, quiet thread *crickets* lol, anyhow I've been sticking pretty close to goal but gaining I believe because of PMS. My weigh in for the 11th was 230.2 and for today (the 12th) 231.4 lbs. I'm like 90% sure it's not a real gain which is comforting. My calories for the 11th were 1,646 with no exercise and for the 12th 1695 with exercise (87 calories burned ). Tomorrow the 13th marks 15 months on this journey, my longest and most successful by far of any weight loss attempt, I'm so incredibly thankful to be here and weigh what I do even though I'm 1.4 lbs. Higher than my lowest. I'm not quite where I want and need to be, but thank God I'm not where I used to be. I wish each and everyone one of us the best success! ! Keep going!

A lot of calories for me today, in a short time (as in tonight), not a binge but definitely a day of indulgences (or at least a night, the day I was pretty low calorie). My calories for the day were 1,705 which is 235 over. My weigh in was 230.6 lbs. which was pretty nice for my 15-month weight loss journey celebration <3, officially means I am officially 71 lbs. down, desperately seeking the 220's.

Hey everyone, my weigh in for 5/14 was 230.2 I'm hoping by Sunday (my officially weigh in day) to be in the 220's finally *ack* lol. Anyhow my calories for 5/14 were 1,624 which is 154 over my allowance, not too horrible. We'll see how tomorrow goes, wish me luck! <3

Howdy everyone, my calories for the day were 1,563 which is 93 over my daily recommended calories from MFP to lose 1 1/2 lbs. per week. I weighed in at 229.8 lbs. *WOOHOO* lol, only .2 lb. lower than my lowest of 230 so far, but hey I'll take it, a new decade, a new attitude. I am totally obsessed with how close I am to Onederland, I've never been this close in my adult life, and how close I am to 100 lbs. down from where I began (right now I am 71.8 down from my starting weight, so only 28.2 lbs. to go). Stay tuned! <3

Tonight (5/20) I had 2,292 calories, which is 822 over my allowance yikes! It is the first time I've overeaten this badly in awhile, I didn't completely binge, but it was borderline. My lowest weight so far has been 226.6 which is 75 lbs. for me, and I hit that number on 5/19, then today (5/20) woke up weighing 227.2 lbs. *sighs* (I ate around 1700 calories + worked out, so I think this was pms related gain). Anyhow, I plan to avoid the scale for the next few days and stay on track at least until Sunday morning which is my weigh in day.

I had a 300kcal cereal breakfast, a 200kcal lunch and a 600kcal dinner.
I also have 200kcal snack planned in the evening.
Together 1300kcal, a good day no.6 of my first diet this year.

I think I will join this thread. I usually do calorie cycling, but I have some major family stress right now, so I'm just going to count daily to keep the binging and mindless eating away...

Yesterday: 2224
Today: Should end up around 1500 cals. I am aiming for 1500-1800 most days. When I calorie cycle, I do 500 every other day and 2000 on the inbetween days.

I also have vowed not to weigh in until June 27th, which gives me a month to get a good chunk off. I like to weigh every day, but sometimes it derails me.

Hi everyone, I haven't posted in a bit, probably because my eating has been crazy lately, many days with 2,500 and up calories, ack! Today I am having 1,896 calories, a lot of fruit & veggies today, I am hoping it shows on the scale (in a good way) tomorrow. My weigh in today was 226 lbs. and that makes me 75.6 lbs. down and it is my lowest weight thus far. I am trying to lose another 6 lbs. this month, omigosh I would love that, but I have to work for it. Thanks for reading everyone!
