  • Oysters.
  • I like popcorn, grapes, and bananas.
  • Right now my favorite indulgence is a half cup of plain chobani greek yogurt with 1/4 packet of sugar free jello (cheesecake flavor, white choc, etc) mixed in. If I want I can crumble a graham cracker on top and it takes like indulgent cheesecake for 80 calories! awesome.

I just made greek yogurt popsicles! I'm so excited to try them. I've had the greek yogurt pops from the store before, and liked them, so I want to see if my new pudding/greek yogurt works frozen at home. I mixed the oreo pudding with greek yogurt and the pops are 120 cals each, but I did use the sugary oreo pudding. If I use sugar free I think they'll be about 60 cals each. I'll keep experimenting!

Also, parsnip chips. YUM! slice up parsnips, toss in olive oil. Then I toss them in a bag with arrowroot powder (or cornstarch), garlic powder, paprika, seasoning salt and cumin and bake at 450 for about 15 mins. sooo good. even my husband thought they were awesome. I do the same with sweet potatoes I've run through my spiralizer, they're really good too.

Sweet pototoes make great veggie noodles too. White sweet potatoes are perfect as veggie noodles and they look like pasta (sneaky!)

Liz46 I LOVE those outshine coconut waters with pineapple pops. So good. I also love fruttare mango popsicles. I'm going to try to make the coconut/pinapple ones at home, but I'm on a greek yogurt kick right now... clearly.
  • Claygirl, the "cheesecake" dessert sounds delicious! I'm going to have to try that!

If you do try the coconut/pineapple pops, please share the recipe! Thank you!
  • well, the oreo greek yogurt popsicles were awesome.

    Recipe:

1 cup greek yogurt (whatever you prefer. I used costco's brand which is pretty good, fage 2% is also good)
1/2 a package of dry mix oreo pudding
stevia if you want less of the greek yogurt taste

mix well (add almond milk a little at a time if it's too thick, I usually put in about 1/8 cup) Put in molds, let freeze and enjoy!

If you're concerned about the sugar, you can always use sugar free pudding which is also good, and maybe throw in some dark chocolate chips (i'm trying that next!)
  • Popcorn is my all time favorite, I love salty. Also baked fries. I take a potato cut it up in the shape of french fries and bake them in the oven until they are crunchy and delicious
  • Cheese sticks, yoghurt, bananas, apples, weight watchers fruit tubs, lollipops (occasional treat), skinny cow ice creams (another occasional treat).
  • unsweetened dried fruit!! I love prunes, apricots, apples, mangoes, anything really. so yummy and full of fibre!
  • I like the 50 calorie cheese sticks, also I've just discovered Jalapeno Almonds! 170 cals for 28 of them, which is a very nice handful. They are very satisfying. I love spicy food, and these almonds are so flavorful.
  • I love papaya. I can eat half a medium papaya... for 59 calories. It's full of good stuff for you, and I find them delicious, and filling. Some people don't like the taste, because it's not a super sweet fruit. My husband doesn't, I see this as a blessing because I get to eat all of the papaya!
  • I'm more salty than sweet, I've recently started snacking on raw baby carrots with salt or kale chips
  • An Asian Pear - crispy, sweet, juicy, filling deliciousness with fiber and vitamin C.
Raspberries - tasty with plenty of fiber.
Blueberries - take a while to eat one by one; so makes me feel like I've eaten more.
Carrots, sugar snap peas, celery, broccoli, cauliflower, cherry tomatoes - yum!
  • 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream. 130 calories.
  • I like Fage greek yogurt. The 0% fat has 100 calories. I add cinnamon and stevia and it is delish.

I also like Japanese Yams. I slice them and bake them plain and they are delicious.

Kabocha squash. Cut in half and bake. Tastes like cake to me, but that's probably because I haven't had cake in a really long time!
  • I like a slice of regular, unmodified pumpkin pie topped with the low cal cool whip. Normally I hate cool whip, but it works on pumpkin pie! The biggest chunk of starch is in the fluted chunk of crust, so just leave that on the plate.
