meal 2 - protein meal replacement drink during workout
meal 3 - salad with light ginger dressing and chicken breast
meal 4 - skinny cow mint ice cream sandwich
meal 5 - 12 oz ribeye steak with 8 ounces mushrooms cooked up in the pan juices with wine reduction
meal 6 - fruit smoothie - silk coconut milk, half n half, 2.5 cups frozen fruit with a couple drops of almond extract

Ended yesterday at 1539. It was a rest day. This morning I'm excited to go to the pool for a swim School is super busy this week But this weekend me and my bf are going away and I'm sooooo excited. The thought of it is getting me through everything
Today's calories: ~ 2800
Half came from good food, half from cookies/mug brownie/mug blueberry muffin. Sigh. That was the second binge this week. I'm on the wrong track and need to get back on the wagon, now. I gotta stop giving into my cravings like that because it always leads to more and more junk. I can only deal with planned splurge days. So I have to make a plan tomorrow and figure out how many calories I'm gonna go with these next few days and when my next splurge day is gonna be.

1198/1200 yesterday, and that was after some ice cream. I'm very low today because I haven't had a chance to eat yet, but I'll make up for it at dinner
Hello! I have had two slightly off days and two on for my calories. I have been working out everyday at 5 am though. I went to court today and I am now happily divorced and I am proud that I did not use food to control my emotions these last six weeks before today. I am down two more pounds

1022 cals so far... although it's back to work for me...and more coffee in my future. ugh Where can I find the strength and willpower to get the work done??

Hi everyone! Well I weighed in again today (nude lol) and I am still 287.8, which is fine, as I told a friend I'll be worried if it doesn't go down in a few days. My calories are slightly lower on myfitnesspal *sighs* lol, they went down by 50 calories. So I am now at 1780 from 1830, and here's what I had to eat (I am over by 155 calories).
Breakfast - An Organic Apple, Trader Joe's roasted almonds (1 serving), Trader Joe's Whole Milk 1 cup & Trader Joe's Honey Nut Os Honey Flavored Whole Grain Cereal 1 serving (3/4 cup measured). Total breakfast calories is 560.
Lunch - Trader Joe's Veggie Burger (Tomato Basil Pizza) 1 patty, Trader Joe's Organic Ketchup, 2 tbsp, Trader Joe's Organic American Cheese 1/2 a Slice, Trader Joes Honey Wheat Hot Dog Bun and Vitatops Carrot Cake muffin top for 425 calories.
Snack - Trader Joe's Veggie Burger (Tomato Basil Pizza) 1 patty, Trader Joe's Organic Ketchup, 2 tbsp, Trader Joe's Organic American Cheese 1/2 a Slice, Trader Joes Honey Wheat Hot Dog Bun. Calories 325.
Dinner - (4) Trader Joe's Tofu Edamame Nuggets (with added Honey & Barbecue sauce (Trader Joes All Natural Barbeque Sauce 2 tbls 45 calories and Trader Joe's Organic Raw Honey 1 tsp 60 calories), Whole Foods Vegetarian Raw Milk Blue Cheese Crumbles 1.5 oz., 1/2 a bar of Trader Joe's 100 Calorie Mini Milk Chocolate Bar and Vitatops Carrot Cake muffin top 625 calories for dinner.

Ended yesterday at 1537. Did 25 minutes of strength training and 35 minutes on the bike. Right now trying to down my smoothie to go on a hike Still trying to get more protein in Was really excited because the scale went down today, so I'm now in the 130s! Gah its kind of surreal being less then 15 lbs away from goal
