I'm 5" and 150lbs. I wear a size 8 comfortably right now. At 155 I had to wear a loose fitting shirt due to muffin top. I got down to 130lbs a few years back and was in a size 5.....I miss you size 5 lol

I'm 5' 3"
In 2007, I weighed 138 lbs and wore a size 4. 145-150 lbs = size 6 155-160 lbs = size 8 At my biggest I was 185 lbs and squeezing into 12s. Refused to buy 14. So what's different for me now vs. then, was back then my form of exercise was running. Now, I'm doing a mix of cardio and weights, and I currently weigh 170 lbs and I wear a size 8. I know the lifting makes me heavier and I'm really trying not to focus on the number on the scale, but I know I still have tons of fat to lose! I don't think I'll ever be 140ish pounds again because I like my muscle, but I hope to be a size 6 soon! |
I am 5'4" and currently at 180. I wear size 12 jeans and large shirt (or size 14 shirt). However, I do have jeans from 15+ years ago that are size 12's that I can't get into yet. Sizes have definately changed over the years.

145 lbs and a US 10/12 bottom and US 6/8 on top (I am a proper pear!) I would love to be a UK 10, some ladies here are tiny for their weight! you guys must be sooooo toned!!! So jealous! |
I'm 5'. (Well, technically I'm 4'11 and 3/4.)
From what I can remember, my weight and sizes tend to go like this: 100-105: Size 0/2 105-110: Size 2/4 110-118: Size 4 118-125: Size 6 125-135: Size 8 135-145: Size 10 |
I'm 5'1", and at my heaviest weight of 220 I was a size 18. Now 30 lbs later at 190, I'm a size 16. I think that changing pant sizes is slower at higher weights.

I am 5'3 and went down 2 pant sizes after losing 48lbs. So It honestly is were you really lose it (most of my weight is in my tummy and thighs) and I lost a good amount from my tummy to drop the 2 pant sizes :)

I'm 5'4." My lowest adult weight was 123 lbs. and I wore size 2-4, depending on the brand in pants. Tops are xs or s, again, depending on brand, cut, etc.
123-133 size 4 133-143 size 6 |
5'2" 235, and I'm a 14/16... just goes to show how much variance there is from body to body!
