My last couple of days have been horrible calorie-wise, but I just got over a cold….and well, partied like a rock star this weekend! Back to the grind tomorrow. I want to be good in February. It's a short month anyway ;-)
If you click on community and then find members, you can then put the users name in and it will pull up their profile. From there you click request friend.

Thanks edoetsch1!!! I'm going to add everyone on here in the course of the next week. I log my meals, not my exercise. But I do 30 minutes a day, or at least 2.5 hours each week of exercise.

I just started using it a few days ago. I lost my weight tracking on MyPlate, gained when I stopped counting, more or less just broke even on WW and am very pleased so far. I don't know if I will make my profile public...
You should be able to add in past dates. I did when I first started until I got used to loggin gin everyday. I'm ABrent2012 if anyone wants to add me. Look for my friend request too!
