I just had the BEST yogurt ever. Chobani Blood Orange Greek Yogurt. Tart, creamy, nonfat, and only 120 calories. The sugar content is 15g but some of that stems from the orange that's at the bottom.
I like humus and celery.
I am not sure the calorie count for these:
Fat free cream cheese seasoned
spread on low fat deli ham or turkey
Roll up with a pickle spear then slice
