, seems like I have to really watch my calories.I lost 40# a few years ago doing low carb but that just stopped. Think I was eating too many calories although I stayed on program. So have been struggling for a long time. Would lose and then gain, but this is the year that I am going to get to my goal.
Have lost a few #'s since I started logging calories and carbs the first of the week, so think this is going to work for me.
Would love to have others join me in this journey.
