Best online calorie counters
 

I have lost 20Kg in a last year or so using simple calorie counters. I started using "Calorie king" but then I have found "The Word on Food". This website is a bit complcated to use but once you work it out it gives you an advice as good as you can get from any nutritionist.
I hope you will find this post interesting and maybe help me o find something better on the internet. My weight loss goal is 46Kg
