Calcounter, i've found doing one high calorie day every two to three weeks works well for me. As you have seen from initial post i was trying one high cal day a week but i think it set me back.

I would try it and see what happens! Trial and error!

Eatmorecelery, Well done for your show of tenacity! I know a few people who've used steroids and it is difficult to keep your weight down, but you are doing a fantastic job sticking to it. Eventually it comes off!

Mia zoe, is there a reason you have dropped your calories? I'm not criticising, i'm just curious?
