I don't get how to add someone on MFP if they are not in your email contacts or Facebook friends?

My user name is ichoose2believe if anyone wants to add me :) I just joined.

Click on the Community tab, then click find members, and enter their user name in the space that says user name or email.

I am also on My Fitness Pal; I absolutely love it and do it in addition to Weight Watchers. It keeps me cognizant of the nutrients that I am taking in, as opposed to WW's strictly Point Plus counting system. My username is the same as it is here--amilli79. Please add me!
