I'm curious: if you work out regularly, do you 'eat back' your exercise calories? As in, if you run five miles and earn 500 calories, do you then eat 500 more calories worth of food?
Or do you ignore calories earned? Is your daily calorie goal based upon you doing a certain amount of exercise anyway?
I run or do other exercise 3-4 times a week and I eat back what I burn (calculated with a heart rate monitor, so it's fairly accurate). My daily goal is fairly low, so I feel better eating back what I've run off.
What do you do?

....but regardless, that's where i'm at right now
