I tried lose it, but I found MyNetDiary to be nicer to use personally! Good luck with it!

I am using it and love it. So is the hubby. Keeps me from mindlessly snacking, and I have to account for what I choose to eat. I'd say it's working! I really like that I can add my own stuff to the database if I don't like the options already in there, and I can select entire previous meals/snacks etc.
