I LOVE Fiber One Chocolate cereal!
 

Only 80 calories for 3/4 cup & I use unsweetened almond milk. I use 1/4 c which is only 10 calories! I finally got going steady last Monday. Was doing good but today I want to eat more. Woke up at 3 AM with a killer UTI. Been yucky today. Will weigh in Monday & post here. Good luck ya'll.

By the way @ my Kroger they have this cereal for $1.99. You can print .75 coupon at coupons.com and the boxtops for education website has .85 coupon. They have a General Mills deal (in my area) , you can buy 4 cereals & get a free 1/2 gal milk.
