And no, I didn't go over my calorie counts. And no food is really -bad-..
But I was holiday shopping all day and into the evening, so meals weren't as great as I would have liked..
lunch was wendy's, a large chili and an unsweetened iced tea, a snack was apple slices I had in my purse and a nonfat tall gingerbread latte from you all know where (no whip), and dinner was two slices of little caesar's hot and ready pizza.
Now my tummy's upset because I'm not used to so much...ickyness. I can't wait for tomorrow to load up on veggies and green tea.
