yea! had class this a.m. n a lose of 2 more lbs(SOO surprising with all the extra food intake altho healthy)! yes my caloric intake needs to be readjusted due to my activity level. to start was 1-3 days of lite activeness and now its 7 days a week of cardio n 7 days a week of alternate body area strength/muscle training! learning new things every day, even from my mistakes lol!

I started at 1200 calories but at that time I was a bit of a lump. Now that I am exercising every day. I increased my activity level and now eat 1500/day. I am loosing more consistantly on 1500 than 1200 but part of that may be my exercise. I was getting really really tired after working out. It's getting better now. Also make sure you are drinking your water. I drink 3-4 liters a day. I just keep a liter bottle (old diet coke bottle :) )with me all the time.
