I used to get excited to eat a whole pizza or 2 burgers. Now that's a thing of the past. Today in the grocery store I was walking around and reading labels for my big grocery shopping that I did today. Well I found these frozen cibatta rolls that have a 100 cals in each. I was soooooo excited. They have rosemary and garlic in them. I just made a sandwich w low sodium cooked ham, low ffat american chz and 1/2 a tsp of light mayo. Sooooo good. I love finding new things that are yummy to eat. I also made a low cal pizza sandwich yesterday. Whole wheat thin sandwich circle w thin provelone chz, low fat provelone chz, turkey pepperoni, and low sodium sauce. I also bought cheese sticks, and panko bread crumbs and a recipe to make mozzerella sticks. I'm gonna try tonight
