Good-bye July!

July was bad for me. I hit a mini goal of 50 lbs lost and then went crazy... I just ate whatever. I guess I felt like I was celebrating the weight loss? I am not sure the justification I gave myself. I just got back from vacation and weighed in 10lbs up from my mini goal! :mad:

I am now refocused! I can do this! I will to get to 150 by the end of the year.
