Oh my gosh you are all too sweet... seriously brought tears to my eyes... :) If I can inspire one person a day I feel like it's all worth it!! It's great to hear I look amazing but the fact of the matter is that I feel amazing! I feel like a million bucks! I have the energy to run around with my girls and I can do things with them now that would have never been a possibility!! I started this for them and I will finish it for me! As far as what I'm doing I eat 1200 calories a day.. I do not cheat. I drink a TON of water, I make sure I'm getting enough fiber and protein and I usually stay under 200 carbs a day, I try to keep it verrryy low refined sugar but I don't count it by any means. Working out is anything from running/elliptical/weights/zumba whatever keeps me wanting to come back and not bored! Mix it up!! If someone would have told me 8 months ago I would have went from a size 24 to a size 9 I would have laughed at them, but it's soo doable, and worth every cupcake you have to say no thank you to!
