Dragonfly - iv always thought of trying the eat something every 2 to 3 hours plan but I think I'd just be completely consumed by thoughts of food. I accidentally realized last week that I do well with intermittent fasting - had a really crazy work day and skipped lunch but had a normal 400 ish cal dinner. So I tried it again today and I didn't feel hungry or lethargic and the scale has been kind ;) will see how it goes! Thanks for your input!
freelancemomma - started skipping lunch and seems to be working for me. My weight loss had stalled and I thought I'd tweak things - so far so good. Intotouch - u had previously advised that saving a part of a meal to snack on later is a great way of saving cals. Initially I was skeptical but it really does work especially because i find myself unable to finish an entire meal. Thanks! And no, I don't have a plan for when I fall off the wagon... Guess im kinda feeling a bit too confident that i wont (dangerous territory). Im going on a four week holiday in Sept though, hmmmmm. Can you please share yours? |
