I normally eat 5 meals a day (breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner) and my max for each meal is 320 calories. I try to eat lean meats, fresh fruits and vegetables.

I can't imagine eating 100-200 calories for breakfast! Mine are usually between 550-700, which includes my coffee (160-240 calories, depending on how much I drink). I snack if I am hungry, but really not that often.

I net around 2000-2100 calories per day.

Breakfast is around 100 calories then I have a 100 calorie snack between breakfast and lunch.
