OK folks, it's June 1st and we needed a new challenge thread so here it is! For most of us, June is a month of great weather and outdoor activities so let's get movin' and shakin'!

We had two weeks of sunshine and now rain/dull/wet days and that's the forecast for the next couple of days too. HOWEVER, I will not allow that to get me down. And I'm going to be heading out for my walk in about an hour or so.
I'm aiming to lose 10lbs, but even if I get 5lbs I will be happy!
