Hello everyone, I have to share my news with everyone. I have lost 50 pounds since the middle of January. I count calories and try to workout. When I look at my pictures, it doesn't look like I have lost 50 pounds but I went from a 26 in jeans to a 16 so I know I have but I carry most of it in my belly. I have to thank 3FC, without this place, I would be lost. I just wish I had done this sooner.

Awesome! We have roughly the same stats.. 5'4", I started at 222 and I'm down to 168. Heading towards 145. :D I was looking at pictures of me from 2 years ago and can't believe I was ever that big.. makes me sad. And you look great!
