I take psyllium fiber capsules. They don't have any calories, and if taken 3 times a day, they supposedly help lower your cholesterol as a bonus.

so this morning I had 3/4 greek yogurt, 100 grams of kashi crunch fibre cereal mixed into it, and two fibre gummies and NOTHING. How long does this take to kick in?

Maybe give it a little more time so all that can be fully digested.
Another thing that helps me go is coffee, lol. Try that if you like coffee. |
I might have a black coffee tomorrow. Tonight I am having chicken breast with cayenne pepper...lol
