Under 200 calories "Blueberry Muffin" smoothie

  • Now I know the ingredients will sound odd, but trust me it taste just like a yummy blueberry muffin.

    Serving size: 1 320z drink

    - yo baby blueberry yogurt (comes in a 4 pack, only use one of the containers)
    - 1 cup vanilla almond milk
    - A small handful of frozen pineapple chunks
    - a small handful of ice (optional)

    1. add the almond milk before everything else. Its easier to measure when its the first thing in the blender.
    2. Add the yogurt and the pineapple and blend for a few minutes. If the consistency is what you like you dont need ice, but if you want a thicker smoothie add some ice, blend, enjoy!
  • Thanks! I have some almond milk on hand, but it's not vanilla. I wonder if I could just use regular almond milk and put a bit of vanilla in the mix.
  • I am wondering how these ingredients add up to 32 ounces. How many calories are in this ? And do you really drink a one quart smoothie in one sitting ?

    Im sure you can just add the vanilla. In all honesty its something I threw together and the vanilla almond milk is what I had.



    Im sorry its actually closer to 20 oz. Yes I drink that in one sitting.
