Week 3, pound 3!
 
Yay! And this was with eating salty tacos last night.

I just took "before" pictures. I think I'll do photos for myself once a month.

Thanks! Tomorrow I weigh in again. This week has been funky with a puke bug Sunday and then being famished the next few days. But I've kept on plan so I'm happy!

Show those scales tomorrow! It's been a huge accomplishment for me to just simply stay within plan too. I didn't go into this this time as a "diet" but as just simply making better, healthier choices. It took a while for me to just appreciate my little accomplishments. I used to just expect overnight success. I celebrate my goals big and small. I know u will do awesome tomorrow. Have a great day!! :)

Week 4: zero pounds lost (or gained!)

Looking at my tracker I can see why: weird eating from being sick, then no exercise, then a couple of days above my limit having dinner with friends (who serve chips & dips. I ate them and counted them, which in itself is a success.)

Not a surprise... But I've been back on track for a few days and I know it will keep coming off!

Down .6 this morning! I guess having salty tacos the night before my weigh in day on Friday was not a good idea! :carrot:
