Some people are really carb sensitive. I'm one of them, you might be one of them. If I even lick wheat I'm starving for the rest of the day. I do ok with fruit in moderation, but grains and refined sugar send me over the edge. Maybe try to cut back on them a little and see if it helps your hunger?

Hmmm.... I'll definitely try that. It's gonna be hard figuring out what to eat that isn't a sandwich for lunch though lol.

Put the contents of your sandwich onto a bed of lettuce! I make everything into a salad. My kids are having tacos for dinner... so I'm just going to ditch the shell and dump it all on my salad. I don't even miss it, and I get to eat more because veggies are so low cal!

what a fabulous idea! thank you :) that way my hubby and 3 yo can still have their bread too. I just love it when everything works out lol :)

When I am starving and Im out of calories/ or low..I eat around 5 carrots. The crunch REALLY helps me feel like im eating more!
