2.5 Years later
 

Hey everyone. I have been on her for 2.5 years and is has been some kind of journey. There have been some ups and downs, ins and outs, weight loss, stalls, and all the psychological stuff that comes with getting this weight off.

I really appreciate all the cheers and encouragement I get from this site.

The First Pic is me before I started and the second picture is me today. I hope this will encourage someone to keep going and not give up. The only way you won't make goal is if you give up.

You look great! It is so encouraging to see that someone has hung in there for 2.5 years. It gives me hope that I can really maintain this in the long run.

Thanks everyone. I remember how interesting things get as you get into the flow of things. One thing I will say is do not get so caught up in the process that you fail to see your progress. If you keep going you WILL MAKE PROGRESS!!

Not seeing progress is definitely the tough part-keeping the faith and motivation. You look great! I bet that size 12 feels wonderful!
