Casseroles of Doom

so, I am completely perplexed. My family loves casseroles. I am making one for dinner tonight actually. I have no idea how to calculate the calories I'm eating in it. I mean there's just no way to tell. The ingredients are Kraft mac and cheese, peas, ham lunch meat, milk and cheese. Yes, it does sound like a pretty heavy meal, but it's really not. What I was thinking was that I would just weigh my portion and use the cals in the m&c for that and then add maybe 100 more? I'm going to eat a good sized salad first so that I won't want to eat alot of the casserole.... HELP!!!

If you are making it you know how many calories are in it.

Mac & Cheese: what are the calories from the box.
Peas: measure and calculate calories from calorie site.
Ham: weight and calculate.
Milk: measure and calculate.
Cheese: weigh and calculate.

Get total for whole casserole. Divide by number of servings.

Yep. And if you're looking for some casseroles that do the work/math for you Link (I HIGHLY recommend the Chicken Divan), Link, Link and Link.

I like to cut them into number of equal servings before digging in just to make it easier.
