Try to take a deep breath and relax. To make it all the way through from the beginning of the diet to goal, one has to be resilient, make periodic assessments and be flexible to the changes that need to be made. You cannot get from point A to point B in a straight line doing exactly the same thing the whole route. There are adjustments to be made along the way and sometimes waves to be ridden no matter how frustrating they may be.
It cane take up to 3 days to digest food. If you drink a 16 oz beverage, that is a temporary pound of added weight until it is processed. Try to look at over all trends, monthly calorie and weight averages will tell you much more information than daily numbers. Most importantly, how do you feel? If you are feeling better each day, if it feels right, if you are more energised over time, you know you are on the right path. Learn all kinds of techniques for body, mind and spirituality to help you connect and find that place you want to be. It takes time, and when that time element feels daunting, just think this one thought..... This time next year is going to come whether you are ready for it or not. What can YOU do to be at a better place physically and mentally on that day? |
I think at some point everyone feels this way, if losing weight was easy everyone would do it, and would be thin. Everyone at some point in their weight loss was frustrated and didn't like the results just yet but they work thru them.

Sounds like water, increase your fiber, decrease your sodium, and watch what happens next week :)
