Calories in cooked vs. raw food

Last night I made ground turkey and weighed out my portion raw before cooking it and then cooked the rest of the package for my family separately. I'm assuming the calories per portion are based on the raw meat...it said the package contained 5 four oz. portions. So now today I am planning to eat some leftovers but I'm not sure if 4oz of the cooked meat is the same calories. My assumption is that meat shrinks so 4 oz cooked would be more calories than raw since 4 oz raw would probably shrink down to maybe 3 oz. I'm confused and don't want to under estimate calories. Anyone know how to figure this out?? Any help would be appreciated.

Meat does shrink, so the cooked portion would be more calorie dense than the raw portion.

Generally when you look up the calorie count, you can choose the raw or cooked calories :)
