Just joined today
I just joined today. I've been battling my weight most of my life. This is my last ditch effort to get my weight under control. I have figured out how much I need to eat to be at my goal weight. So if i eat that amount of calories a day consistently, I should get down to my ideal weight and be able to keep it off. I won't be going on and off the diet it will be a lifetime commitment that way:?::?::?::?::?::?: Hopefully Judy
