has anyone used these recipes or seen this show? ive been getting a lot of the recipes and trying them out and i was curious if they have worked for anyone?

I think becoming interested in better cooking methods is paramount. I like the show but I also like experimenting with my own recipes to really wipe the bad stuff out! I have also gotten some of the most awesome ideas from here on 3FC. (Like making oatmeal with sugar-free cocoa mix as a dessert for instance, or making burgers by adding in finely diced vegetables, using zuchini in place of pasta for lasagna, etc.)
