planned dinner: snack bar, noodles and gyoza, toast with egg: 750

mindless snacking...ughhh (brownies) : 600

total: 1900 approx.. i feel like crap, decied to make brownies (why??) wayyyyy too much sugar.

Monday: Logged 2043, Burned 1988; 55 calorie surplus.:(
Tuesday: Logged 1775, Burned 2624; 849 calorie deficit.:D

2-day average: 397 calorie deficit per day. :)

my "planned out day" 1031 calories eaten, 169 remaining
b-coke & biscuit (cheat meal) 419 cal
l- pasta salad & small apple 377 cal
d- chocolate chip oatmeal & banana 235 cal

lot's of carbs in todays plan, but i'm trying to focus on the calories and self control. :) Also, 30 minutes of aerobic exercise today.

I feel good again today. I almost binged, but I stuck to my caloric intake amount!

Breakfast: Toast w/ margarine=260
Lunch: Baked potato, mixed veggies, garlic toast=422
Supper: Sandwich w/ cheese, lettuce, pickle, and mustard, chips, banana=730

Exercise: None except for running around during my 12 hour shift

3/27 Calories 1,277,57

3/28 Calories 1,943.32 ate out with friends and family, I forgot I was on a diet.

3/29 Calories 999.37 I'm back on track I want to lose 2 pounds this week.

Steamed Veggies are my best friend :D

I'm gonna jump in here, hope you gals don't mind. Been staying on track with calorie counting since February 11th. I had my second cheat yesterday, and that was a bowl of Lucky Charms, the first being a French Vanilla Cappucino from Tim Hortons. (I'm in Canada). I'm thinking that maybe writing will help to keep me on track. I'm being pretty hard on myself, I do realize it's only a bowl of cereal but I'm pretty paranoid I'm going to fall off the wagon. lol.

I'm trying to stick to 1350 calories a day. So far this week:

Sunday 1330
Monday 1112
Tuesday 1046
Wednesday 1307
Thursday ...
