New Here

Just wanted to introduce myself, I've been lurking for a while:). I'm not new to 3FC but new to calorie counting. I started 1/1 using myfitnesspal and have lost 15lbs so far. I hope to lose at least 30 more. I'm enjoying the information here, an am excite to join the community!

I have done other things but calorie counting is giving me the flexibility I need at the moment : )

Hi Alisha! Congrats on the 15 lb loss. I am mostly a lurker here, but decided to really get serious this January. I am using the iPhone/iPad/android app "LoseIt!" to help me count calories and it really helps. Different things work for different people, but calories in/calories out works the best for me.
